In recent years all the state governments are planning to develop and improve various part of the state by introducing townships. The provisional certificate has been given to the Forum Properties Pvt Ltd by the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd on the order of state government. This project covers around 80.29 acres of land. The other theme township flat in Amtala has been offered to Ambuja Neotia Group. This project is said to cover around 233 acres of land area.
